2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the private passenger transport services with driver (VTC) offered by LUXURY DRIVER VTC. Any service order implies the full acceptance of these GTC by the client.

3. Reservation

3.1 Terms

Booking a ride can be done via the website, by phone, or any other channel approved by the company. It can be immediate or scheduled in advance, depending on availability.

3.2 Confirmation

Once validated, the booking is confirmed by email and/or SMS summarizing the service details.

3.3 Accuracy of information

The client agrees to provide accurate information (location, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, etc.). In case of error, LUXURY DRIVER VTC cannot be held responsible.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. They are determined based on the vehicle type, route, duration, and included services (waiting, refreshments, etc.). Pricing is transparent and communicated to the client before validation.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment can be made:

  • Online via a secure payment module
  • Directly to the driver (credit card or cash)

No deferred payment is accepted without prior agreement.

5. Cancellation

5.1 By the client

  • Free cancellation up to 3 hours before the scheduled ride time.
  • After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the ride is charged at 100%.

5.2 By LUXURY DRIVER VTC

In case of impossibility to provide the service (force majeure, technical problem, exceptional unavailability), LUXURY DRIVER VTC will offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

6. Waiting and Delays

  • A 15-minute waiting period is included in the service.
  • Beyond that, waiting fees apply (€0.50 to €0.90 including VAT per minute depending on the vehicle category).
  • The client must be punctual. The driver may leave the location if the client does not show up within 20 minutes after the scheduled time.

7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Respect the vehicle and the driver
  • Wear a seatbelt
  • Not smoke or consume alcohol on board
  • Not carry dangerous or illegal materials

Any deliberate damage or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges and/or refusal of service.

8. Responsibilities

LUXURY DRIVER VTC is responsible for the proper execution of the service under the agreed conditions. However, its liability cannot be engaged in case of:

  • Delay caused by an event beyond its control (traffic jam, weather, etc.)
  • Incorrect information provided by the client
  • Loss or theft of luggage or items left in the vehicle

9. Insurance

Vehicles are covered by professional insurance compliant with VTC regulations. Passengers are insured throughout the journey.

10. Personal Data

The collected data is necessary for client relationship management. It is neither sold nor transferred to unauthorized third parties. The client may exercise rights of access, rectification, or deletion at the following address: contact@luxurydrivervtc.com.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Nice.
